I personally curated the exhibition and designed the space. The exhibition was based on Wabi Sabi, a Japanese aesthetic based on approving the natural transience of things. A beauty defined as imperfect, impermanent or incomplete. Trekking into the exhibition commands an introspective experience for the visitor. Throughout the journey the visitor can learn, explore, analyse and deepen his or her emotions, where the goal is not only to inform, but also to induce a self analysis. Everything from the object exposed and the design remains in a key: EAST-WEST, YESTERDAY-TODAY and CRAFTS-INDUSTRIAL where the visitor is the leading actor and he or she can experience it all.
